Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

All items are handmade to order so please allow time for your order to be made. Processing time typically takes around 2-4 working days so please add this time onto your delivery time.  If you require urgent delivery please contact us prior to placing your order to check your order can be completed within the required time.

All items are shipped via a trackable service.  Your order will always be dispatched to the shipping address that you stated when you placed your order. If you realise that you have noted the wrong address please contact us immediately. If we have already shipped the items and the address that you noted in your order was incorrect, you will need to wait until it is returned to us or reorder your items. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on order with incorrect shipping information.

Shipping rates are as follows:

UK Standard Shipping - £4.99

UK Express Shipping - £7.99

UK Large Items - £12.99 (I.e packages, bouquets and wreaths) 

International Shipping - £14.99 (Excludes large items i.e packages, bouquets and wreaths) 

*Please note that we are currently unable to ship items to countries in the European Union.

Returns:

At Luna and Wild, every piece is lovingly handmade to order, using sustainable practices and eco-friendly packaging. We want you to adore your dried flower accessories and bouquets, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go quite as planned. Here’s everything you need to know about returns and deposits:

1. Standard Returns
  • Dried & Preserved Flower Designs: Due to the perishable nature of dried and preserved flowers, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on these items. 
  • Artificial Flower Designs: Returns are accepted for artificial flower designs. If you wish to return an artificial flower item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange your return. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
2. Bespoke & Custom Orders
  • Non-Refundable Deposits: A deposit is required to secure all bespoke or custom-made designs. Please note, all deposits paid towards bespoke orders are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because your deposit reserves your spot in our production schedule and covers the sourcing of materials for your one-of-a-kind piece. Once paid, deposits cannot be transferred to another order or date.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due at the commencement of works. Custom orders are also non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, as they are made specifically to your requirements.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.

5. International Orders
International orders are subject to the same returns policy. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
