Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

All items are handmade to order so please allow time for your order to be made. Processing time typically takes around 2-4 working days so please add this time onto your delivery time.  If you require urgent delivery please contact us prior to placing your order to check your order can be completed within the required time.

All items are shipped via a trackable service.  Your order will always be dispatched to the shipping address that you stated when you placed your order. If you realise that you have noted the wrong address please contact us immediately. If we have already shipped the items and the address that you noted in your order was incorrect, you will need to wait until it is returned to us or reorder your items. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on order with incorrect shipping information.

Shipping rates are as follows:

UK Standard Shipping - £4.99

UK Express Shipping - £7.99

UK Large Items - £12.99 (I.e packages, bouquets and wreaths) 

International Shipping - £14.99 (Excludes large items i.e packages, bouquets and wreaths) 

*Please note that we are currently unable to ship items to countries in the European Union.

Returns:

Dried Flower Designs

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on dried and preserved flower designs, as each piece is handmade to order using real flowers, which are classed as perishable goods. This policy ensures the freshness and quality of every item crafted specifically for you. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist.

Custom/Bespoke Designs

Full payment is due before commencement of all custom works, unfortunately we can not accept returns on bespoke/custom designs, cancellations are also not permitted once orders are confirmed and materials have been sourced/purchased. If design changes are requested following the commencement of works, extra charges may apply.

Returns on all non-perishable goods

In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and any return shipping costs. Please return the unused goods to us with a copy of your order number enclosed within 28 days and we will offer you an exchange or refund.

If you decide to return any item(s) you must advise us that you wish to cancel the item(s) within 14 days and return your order within 14 days after advising us that you wish to return the goods.

Items are only classified as faulty if they arrive damaged or the wrong product has been sent. As colour varies from monitor to monitor slight colour variations are not considered a fault in the product.

If there is any damage to your item(s) upon delivery, we will require photographs of any damage so that we can process your replacement item(s) or refund and file a claim with the postal or courier service.

If you are returning any item(s), you must contact us prior to sending the item(s) so that we are aware of their return. All items must be returned in their original packaging and with the tag(s) still attached.  Please keep your proof of return postage until we have confirmed by email that all of your returned items have been processed.

Please note that we do recommend items be returned via a trackable service which includes sufficient compensation for lost/damages during transit, you are responsible for items until they are successfully returned to us. Once we have confirmed receipt of the item(s) and we are happy with the condition we will process your exchange or issue a refund.

If any item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may send it back to you so please ensure that it is packaged securely.
