Frequently Asked Questions
Have a question before you order? You’re in the right place. I’ve popped my most-asked questions here, with everything from caring for your dried and preserved wedding flowers, to custom orders, to when to place your order so everything arrives feeling calm and no last-minute panics.

1. When should I place my order?
If you’re choosing from my ready-to-shop designs on the website, I recommend placing your order no more than two months before your wedding day. That way your flowers are as freshly dried as possible and looking their best for the big day.
If you’re interested in a wedding package or a custom/bespoke design, it’s best to get in touch as early as you can to secure a space in my diary. I’ll still create your pieces around two months before your wedding (so they’re at peak quality), but I only take on a limited number of custom orders each month and dates can book up quickly.
2. How long do dried flowers last for?
One of my favourite things about dried and preserved flowers is that you don't just have days to enjoy their beauty. With the right care, your blooms can last for months to years. They won’t wilt like fresh flowers and they don’t need water, which makes them a lovely low-maintenance choice for weddings and for keeping afterwards. To help yours stay looking their best, I recommend:
- Keeping them out of direct sunlight (sun can fade the colours over time)
- Avoiding humidity and damp rooms (bathrooms are their worst enemy)
- Handling them as little as possible, they’re sturdy, but still delicate
If you look after them, your wedding flowers can become a keepsake you’ll genuinely want to keep on display for years, I also pop more detailed care instruction card in with every order.
3. Do you make custom/ bespoke designs?
Yes absolutely I do! Custom pieces are one of my favourite parts of what I make, because it means I can create something that feels really you. Whether you’ve got a clear vision (Pinterest board at the ready) or you’re still figuring out your colours and vibe, I’ll guide you through the options and help you land on a design that suits your wedding style beautifully, from the overall palette right down to the little details. If you’d like to chat about a bespoke order, just get in touch with:
- your wedding date
- what you’re looking for (flower crown, bouquet, buttonholes etc.)
- your colour scheme (and any “must-have” or “please avoid” flowers if you have them)
Then I’ll come back to you with ideas and we can start shaping something special together.
4. Do you offer dried flower wedding packages?
Yes, I do. My wedding packages are there to make choosing your flowers feel simple (and a lot less overwhelming), especially if you want everything to look beautifully tied together. You can browse my standard options on my wedding packages page here:
If you need something slightly different, just let me know, every package can be tailored to suit your day.
Whether you’re adding pieces for your bridal party, tweaking a colour palette, or swapping an item to fit your plans, I’ll help you shape a package that suits you.
If you’d like me to recommend the best package to start from, pop me a message with your wedding date, your colour scheme, and what you need (bouquet, crown, buttonholes etc).
5. Do you have stockists where I can try before I buy?
I don’t have traditional “stockists” as such, but I do have a small group of lovely affiliate bridal boutiques and hair stylists who keep samples from my collection that you can try on during your appointment, perfect if you want to see the scale, colours and feel in real life before ordering.
If you tell me where you’re based, I’ll let you know if one of my affiliates is nearby (and who to book with). Or if you’re local to Cheshire / the North West, you’re also welcome to visit my studio for a bridal consultation. It’s a relaxed, no-pressure chat where you can try pieces on, talk through your plans, and we’ll find the designs that feel most “you”.
